I don't know why ppl still keep talking about loot penalty?? that was gone long time ago since the MM update. You only see your TH level +-1 now on search. No big deal on loot penalty!

OP: Since you ask on forum that means you don't know how to rush, so don't rush!

Your info is very wrong, it's + or - 3 still, I'm a max th9 and if I go to the right areas I see th7's, and very rarely th6... and yes there is such thing as loot penalty, everyone knows that.

No in your village's current state, I would highly recommend not to rush. Get some more builders too, but I applaud you on getting to where you are with 2 builders.

The whole point of rushing is to keep your builders busy without also wasting loot. Yeah, there are only a select few that actually have the time to rush properly. The ones that max out all their walls and elixir upgrades before their defensive buildings are even close to maxing out. You my friend, are no where near knowing when to rush. You only have 2 builders, you should defiantly get 5 if you want to rush properly. Your walls and elixir upgrades are not even close to done and your lab will not be idle for a long time.

If you want to rush, do it the right way...the smart way. Just because you've seen it work out for a few people, doesn't mean it will work out for you. Like I said, only a few have enough time to rush the way they do.

Rushing sets you back a lot more.

Rushing works up until 9th then it doesn't, you have to be comfortable attacking the town hall above your current one before you upgrade or you will get slaughtered

if u maxed your th8 farming army plus giant, and u could play continuously for few hours a session without logging of after reaching th9, sure, why not.

This. Many people have rushed to th9 from th8 and have been fine as long as they could do this. If your one of those people that are more casual and only a raid a few times a day or that can't raid multiple times before logging off then rushing clearly isn't for you really.
