TH8 to TH9 (Town hall Match Making)

Hi everyone,

I just started my TH upgrade from 8 to 9 about two hours ago, and noticed I have been getting matched up with more TH10's than I did when I wasn't upgrading my TH8 to TH9.

I'm currently in Masters 1, I pushed up cause I was bored and wanted to farm loot bonus TH sniping. I understand that majority of players here are TH9 and TH10, rarely will there be a TH8. But even when I was strictly TH8 (not upgrading to TH9) I was getting matched with TH8's that were way down in crystal league 3 for +1 trophy offers. But now that I'm upgrading I am rarely getting any TH8's for that matter.

Just wondering, since I started to upgrade my TH8 to TH9, has the match making algorithm bumped me up to already being a TH9? Or is it just a coincidence that I'm getting matched up with TH9 and TH10's more often since I'm in Masters 1 (3180 trophies).

Or just that I crossed a trophy amount where the likelyhood of getting matched with players in crystal have been surpassed..

And possibly just bad timing.

Anyways, just wondering if anyone noticed this since the TH match making update.

As many people know, you can only see th's + or - 3 of you. (Th8 can see 5-10) (th9 can see 6-10) (th10 can see 7-10)
So it could just be an odd coincidence of where you are league wise. But when your th is done upgrading, you will never be able to attack a th5 again :P

Yeah, probably just is a coincidence, I'll check back in a bit and maybe it'll revert back to how it was lol.
