With your allocated time sniping will get to C2 at best. Exposed th just vanished around 2150. Then you'd need to start using heavy army.
Unless you need that gems, it's more trouble than it worth. You can't farm ♥♥♥♥ that far up, even with the league bonus it doesnt beat barching at lower cups.
