Starting a new clan at a higher level based on player's war stars.

Hello,

I've thought about creating a new clan. However starting at clan level 1
doesn't seem to help attract any members. Have you guys put any thought
into this idea? Have the new clan start at a specific clan level based on
the new clan's leader's war stars?

i.e. 200 war stars => new clan starts at level 2
400 war stars => new clan starts at level 3
600 war stars => new clan starts at level 4
800 war stars => new clan starts at level 5
and so on.

Clan XP/level is earned (not given) by the whole clan as a unit through teamwork. You've got to "build" a clan, literally.

To be honest, no. Even though it's against the ToS, someone with a lot of war stars could easily sell level 5 clans thru this.
