You misunderstood, what they meant was that you wont get banned again if someone provides the same proofs.

Alright, so basically, my 13 year old son got on my phone and changed the layout to something inappropriate, and something I'm not repeating. As a result, I got a 2 day ban. I am the leader of a clan, and also, we are mid war. So that means I won't be able to donate to ccs and I won't be able to attack at all. On top of that, I'm about 100 trophies from champions and I probably am going to lose about 100 trophies when I get back on. Is there anything I can do to contact supercell so they can change the base layout I have in war, and give my account a warning or something? Or, have my base be protected with a shield? Also, if I contact supercell via the email that they provide for customer support, do you think they will reply within a day? Thanks.

Banned accounts are excluded from matchmaking AFAIK, so you'll only miss out on your war attacks/donations.

Well it's unlikely to be worse than anything we've heard in real life. But it's a game, and who needs outright unpleasantness? My clan has only reported one offensive base, and ignored some others. But that one was reported independently by 4 different people in the clan that I know of, and we stopped 2 or 3 more who said on chat they were about to report it. I can't repeat what it said, but if you walked up to someone in the street and said that, you'd get punched. Or arrested if it was a woman. So... we were quite happy that that particular idiot got a short break from the game.

If my son did this I would honestly respect the little buggers balls (without telling him obviously), ground him until I was unlocked and Hijack his account for 2 days so that I could scratch my Clash itch.

Yes so.
First of all your story is very suspect. I'd say you used an inappropriate base yourself (possibly war base) and the opponent clan reported you
Secondly, the 2 day ban IS the warning.
And last point, Supercell doesn't lift 2-days ban. Actually you'd be lucky if they reply (more than an automatic response) in less than 2 days anyway

Getting the opponent leader banned during war is a viable and wildly used strategy in Clan War :-)

It works, when the opponent is a Banana, letting his "13 year old son" change the layout on any base..


Note: There is no way, that I would let my wife, kid, co-worker, friend, parent .. ANYBODY hold my phone the amount of time it would take them to change ANYTHING to something inappropriate ANYWHERE! Hell, they wouldn't even be able to take an Eggplant pic and change the background image in the time it would take me to yank the phone out of their hands.

DON'T LET ANYBODY touch your damn phone! Not for Clash, not for anything.

Your missing the big picture here. It's not that it offends anyone, its because its an easy way to take two attacks off the board in the war. Strategy. Plain and simple.

There's no doubt it is abused strategically by people who aren't actually offended. That does not mean some people won't be offended. If I was a parent of a young child I would not be happy with them playing a game where they might routinely be exposed to drawings of genitalia, racist or obscene comments etc. I therefore fully support SC's rigid stance. As for those who fall foul of it, the rules are clear so don't bother whining if you break them and have to face the consequences. If someone really wants to be able to draw pictures of willies and make inferences about someone's mother's sexuality they can always find another game.
