its not the matter of bad or offensive, its the matter of gaining advantage which is still within the game boundaries. the game didnt restrict new joined player to view war base and traps, so people send spies and screenshotting opponent base. the game tos stated that offensive base layout arent allowed, so when opponent use such layout, people reported them so they get 2 days ban, possibly minus 2 attack for their clan and losing war. the game didnt restrict any th that havent build or havent upgrade defenses from joining war so people made defensless and .5 account and gaining offensive advantage. maybe its cheap. but all is fair in love and war.

Well, I did report a dummy base once during a war preparation day. The walls were shaped into a nasty message regarding what this particularly nice fellow was planning to do to my mother (who is 67 years old btw).

I don't know what happened with my complaint, but one clue I can share is that the dummy base remained and was 3-starred easily, while the good chap failed to perform any attacks

Simply to get an enemy banned, an easy base to attack and 2 less attacks for the opponents.

I dont think a base layout can honestly offend anyone.

Its not always about personally offending someone. There are parents who wouldnt like their kids to be in an inappropriate environment thus they are reporting these players.

actually you can NOT get banned for the same thing twice! So if someone reports you again about the base,you wont get banned.but this doesnt mean that you should keep the base.
