I got banned

Alright, so basically, my 13 year old son got on my phone and changed the layout to something inappropriate, and something I'm not repeating. As a result, I got a 2 day ban. I am the leader of a clan, and also, we are mid war. So that means I won't be able to donate to ccs and I won't be able to attack at all. On top of that, I'm about 100 trophies from champions and I probably am going to lose about 100 trophies when I get back on. Is there anything I can do to contact supercell so they can change the base layout I have in war, and give my account a warning or something? Or, have my base be protected with a shield? Also, if I contact supercell via the email that they provide for customer support, do you think they will reply within a day? Thanks.

Hello, unfortunately there are zero possibilities that SC will revoke the ban, it was your mistake to give your son the device or leave it unprotected/without password. Consider this ban as a warning as repetitive offensive behavior will lead to an extended or even permanent ban.

First of all your story is very suspect. I'd say you used an inappropriate base yourself (possibly war base) and the opponent clan reported you
Secondly, the 2 day ban IS the warning.
And last point, Supercell doesn't lift 2-days ban. Actually you'd be lucky if they reply (more than an automatic response) in less than 2 days anyway

Make sure to change AND delete the inappropriate layout when your ban ends.

Correct. You have a 2 day vacation whether you want one or not. Your best bet is to just try and forget about the game to the best of your ability for the next two days.
