how do i recover my ♥♥♥♥ account?

Another device is connecting! a pop-up says you've lost connection due to another device connecting, it means my game is being accessed from another device at the same time. i check no one like a friend or family member is playing my game on a device that my village has been loaded on.

I already changed my google email password but still some other device playing my CLASG OF CLAN.

I continue getting this pop-up and see unexpected changes occurring in my game, please hep me what has been occurring on my account and recover my id..


Last 6 month i has been given time to achieve this far. I am very upset about this.

Hello and welcome to the forum, unfortunately even if you change the account password the base will still be connected to the other device. You should contact SC support in game and explain your situation in every detail. They will ask you few questions to verify that you are the legitimate owner and they will kick the other user off your base. See the link below which is the guide on how to contact SC in game.

I am contact with SC support but they are still unable to locate my village. But how its possible after changing my email password still some one else playing my game from other device? Are they use any ♥♥♥♥ing tools?

Even if you change the email password the device will still be able to load the base so the answer to this is no, they are not using any che@ting tools.

The only way to solve this is have Supercell lock the account from all other devices or find who is doing this and find away to stop them.
