Head smack. That's right on elixir. I guess yes dump the excess elixir into legos.
I wouldn't worry about the dark spell factory. I just threw that out as an idea.
The sooner you get your drill taken care of, the happier you will be in the long run. Honestly I'd do them ahead of the teslas.
Base Update(November, 10th):
Just started the level 4 upgrade on my higher leveled DE drill. Also I managed to get I think 2 more legos and 17 skulls with what resources I had on me.
Btw, compare the bottom image on this post with the first image on the OP and I think theres quite a bit of a difference between then and now.
Really nice bro! Keep the good work. For now focous on putting the drill to lvl 6 so you can swin on dark elixir :P. Have you give a chance of farming at crystal I or master III / II? If not i'd suggest to do it, and farm with Barch.

I was contemplating about pushing my way upto crystal/masters league, but I've gotten so many good raids in gold league that I wanted to try and push my luck to as far as it can get me, but I guess I can try going up to maybe masters for a few days?
Also Barch is all I use when I farm, so that part's all set.
I've decided to make a slow push up to masters. Just hit Crystal II this morning. To be honest I found the loot better in gold II/I than Crystal III/II.
If I make to Masters, I'll let you know how loot is but mostly I plan on pushing there for the loot bonus and so I can practice some war attacks. My GoHo needs work but I don't want to raid with dark troops in lower leagues.

I just got kicked off of clash for being on too long and I got raided twice.... Won the first one, against Maxed GiBarch and lost no loot. Then the next raid was maxed GiBarch(even heroes), and I lost 450k elixir, 100k gold and 4k DE. Well goodbye to 2 hours worth of DE and an hours worth of Elixir.
Ouch.
The worst raid against me in my defense log is 54K / 69K / 6
I don't have another raid where they took 10K of anything and the "worst" DE loss I have is 18.
I suspect that will change as I push up in cups but for now I'm enjoying my base.
As your walls get stronger, it will be tougher for folks to steamroll through them. I found when I hit all skulls was the time when folks starting having trouble pounding through my walls unless they came with a a very strong army, a lot of wall breakers, 4 EQs or a well placed jump spell. And in lower leagues, folks don't roll with those things very often.
Yeah it was painful... Especially when I was watching it live....
I wish I always had defensive raids like that, but sadly luck isn't on my side most of the time.

Speaking of walls, should I switch out my level 8 and 7 walls? so then my stronger walls are protecting the outer-core more?
Good question on the walls but I think they are probably fine the way they are ordered.
Though if I were attacking your base, I'd come from the south west wall through the Lab/AT and send some WBs through the funneling gap you have there. I think I'd want more skulls on that side which is the shortest path to your DE storage.
