I couldn't find any related posts so I hope my idea is allowed.
I think it would be great if every clan has a Strategy Test Room where you can build up a Base and choose the building level. When you finished the Base, you can "attack" her with troops.(you can train them instantly for free). You can use 220Troops (or more if SC adds a better army camp) and so everyone will be able to develop his own attack strategy.

To get better at something is 80% training and 30% diet. Yes, that equals 110%, because that is exactly how much you should be giving it.
I don't believe this idea is actually ruled out. I do agree with you on the last part about it could be abused. Sandbox ing would surely run rampant.

They could still practice on popular bases; however, this would encourage homemade bases...
