they either add or take loot away during war ,( this is altering a persons base ) this is a fact cant be argued, so you are wrong when you say they don't alter bases

the question to be asked is how much do they alter bases, is it just confined to available loot or do they go even further then that? do they move traps around? does it show the attack on one replay its showing you attacking from one side compared to the other replay which shows its being attacked from the opposite side?

who knows,, we know they alter the bases,,,, but how far do they go and do they do it for the raiding attacks?

I can agree with the fundamental bases of your statement how ever unless both replays are side by side one would never know if they were exactly the same,

as I said it would extremely unlikely that 2 people would or could compare the 2 replays side by side

They don't. War bases are not tied to multi-player bases so therefore there's nothing to "alter"

the main reason I could see sc doing this is to keep things more interesting and perhaps to increase sales of gems,, if I was a th10 and I was attacking a th 9 and for some wacked out reason I failed I would more likely get upset enough to gem a upgrade to a troop,

as for people with multi accounts it is nearly impossible if not extremely impossible to get to attack a account you own, people who say they have are liars or the luckest person in the world,,

You need to get your facts straight. Altering the loot available in storage for wars, isn't the same as moving buildings around for the sake of the argument.

In Clan Wars each base receives an automated amount of loot based on the strength of the base. It has absolutely no connection to the amount of loot you have in your storages outside the Clan Wars. If the strength of your base is X, then your Clan Wars storages will receive X amount of loot. If the strength of the base is Y, the base will receive Y amount of loot.

This is done so that you don't feel like you're raiding for 0 loot, even if you eventually win or lose the war.

On the other hand, what you're suggesting is that SuperCell moves your base's structures outside of the war, just because they have a predesignated amount of loot in ClanWars. Do you realize how absurd that is?

Instead of changing clans and going to other people's clans and asking for replays, just look at your own replays. When watching replays of your defenses, see if any of your structures are moved around when someone is attacking you.
