I don't see anything wrong with OP asking to be flown out lol. Why not? Free trips are awesome! However it gets prickly in the details- what about previous number ones? Do they get a ticket too? What about Jorge Yao? Doesn't he have the record as longest number one? Shouldn't he get a free ticket? Shaheen UAE was first legend? Why can't he get a ticket? What about the number one clan? Don't they get love? And if you invite them, why not the number one war clan too? Not sure SC wants to foot the bill for all those people lol.

Congratulations on no.1 (probably my 10th post of saying this)

But trophy pushing is more time related then skill, of course you need to be able to get that 50% but after that its a matter of time to get to no.1 which isn't very sponsor worthy.

Clan Wars would be a good sponsorship as you can show skill better.

In regard to all this hate your getting, I wouldn't say its just but its reasonable, I mean every post is about how you get no.1 and I think it just gets a bit boring for some (including myself) after a while.

Congrats and re ClashCon - worth a try I don't know why everyone is being so mean, I agree it might be in Supercell's interest to offer something, and on the scale of a big firm, a few flight costs and hotel nights would be pretty negligible. Maybe they could make a competition the topX can apply for (video diaries, one off tournament etc etc the usual stuff which basically gives them free media/pr) to win a trip.

He's been a member of this forum pretty much from the beginning. He has helped many people along the way, by giving advice, etc, in order to improve their own game. He took a break for a while, and it's good to see him back at it, swinging for the fences.

His contribution has nothing to do with reaching number one.
