In clan wars i've found one of enemy member can attack with Arcer Queen but thats user have Town Hall 8, I think Arcer Queen only in Town Hall 9. You can see screen shoot

Hello and welcome to the forum. This is not a bug or a glitch. This player either gemmed his TH and bought the AQ or his TH was upgrading during preparation day. In these cases, the TH wont change in clan war map. To confirm what im saying you can visit his multiplayer base and you will see he is a th9.

When the war is started, Preperation Day will show the current Toan Hall levels whether it is upgrading or not. This means if a Town Hall level 8 is upgrading his/her Town Hall, they will show up as a Town Hall level 8 unless they are Town Hall level 9 before Preperation Day.
If a Town Hall level 8 were to gem or finish his/her Town Hall whether it was upgrading or not BEFORE the start of War Day, they will show up as a Town Hall level 9 during War Day. Meaning they showed Town Hall level 8 during Preperation Day, and now show Town Hall level 9 during War Day.
If a Town Hall level 8 were to gem or finish his/her Town Hall after War Day, that person will still show up as a Town Hall level 8. Though the person is in reality Town Hall level 9, they show up as a Town Hall level 8. A lot of clans do this so that they can get an advantage in war. Usually someone that finishes their Town Hall during a war, it is their last war for awhile as they want to balance there base. They will do one last war with and extra hero which gives them more power in their attacks.
