Not in the derby!

I also opted out of Derby two weeks ago and then opted back in for last weeks. Check mark is green and again it still says ive opted out and cant play! HELP!!!!

A player in our neighborhood ticked opt in and also was not able to take part in derby.

Same thing happened in our Hood, the players left hood then came straight back in and they could play in next Derby.
