It would be nice to be able to disable "Recommended Target" or program it for Clan preferences such as parallel, one down etc. If that is not possible then change it to "Heroic Attack" showing the attacker which target would be the most heroic for him or her.

In my opinion this would just cause players to attack their Heroic attack target, causing them to 0-1 star. Also, the attack recommendations allow leaders to assign targets easier. I think it should stay as is, even if you have a choice to leave it activated.
I agree. The heroic is not necessarily the answer. Anything to make the recommended more relevant and useful. It has been my experience that it is either ignored and mocked in favor of strategy or followed at the expense of strategy. It seems a waste to not use the program if it is in fact analyzing strength and weakness. Maybe a target difficulty ranking would be better. This would give the attacker some indication that his attack was won or lost by troop strength or strategy.
