Change clan name

Hi all.

I've to post new thread here because I'm tired about Supercell's Automatic Bot responses on Support. When I say something like "Change Name" always sends back the same reply, which consists on that the name can only be changed one time.

I want to know from a developer/mod/whoever who is really involved in the game (and not an automated bot) about a clan name change.

I'm part of a clan that has 3 war divisions and 2 farm divisions, but all of them have different names. Also, we had another clan that can't be removed, because the old leader doesn't play the game (2 years ago or something was the last time he played), so he's unable to delete the clan.

I don't want to say my clan name publicly, only to a mod that can handle with it.

P.S.: Will Supercell allow the clan name change in a future, like player's in a recent update? I'll be really good.

Have you tried replying to the automated response? Please remove the swear from your post, too.

You can't swear on the forums... They are against the rules... Try contacting support. That's the only way to solve your prob

Spelling "change name" wrong could possibly get it around the BOT and in front of human eyes.

I did, but still the same from the bot. It's imposible.

I have heard that if you respond to the automated response too many times, a huge fellow named Bruno will go to your house and request that you stop...very intimidating.

I believe your trying to get SC to respond to a name change which the auto response is obviously what you are getting. Sc thinks you are trying to change your character name, not clan name most likely. There has been a number of threads about people wanting clan name changes and normally told that only way to do it is to either change clans which means to move everyone to another clan, or deal with the name as is until SC realizes people would like a change of clan name as well.

As for the leader position, I thought that recently this was addressed by the leader of a clan not being active for more then 3 months the position goes to the next CO with the highest level. That should have been resolved or likely will be as soon as the leader is demoted.

I just meant one reply after the automated response as you are supposed to reply to it of it does not help.

Hey, as for your other clan, email support and they will look into the inactive leader and promote the longest standing co-leader!

Moderators are volunteers and are not with Supercell but on the forums. If you reply to an automated response the support team will help you. Also, clan name changes has not been released yet so no one knows.

The thing is that the clan we want to delete has 4 members, all inactive members, and all of them haven't played the game for 2 years I think.

And we don't want to move to a new clan, because we are level 7, 6 and 5 and don't want to reset... all of you can understand this.

I'll try again with support, but the chance of getting replied from a human is 0.01%.
