Whenever I try to upload a picture as my sig image, this message comes up:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

This happened to me when I was trying to do the same on my mobile but when I tried to upload the sig pic using iPad, it worked.

Which image hoster do you use?
you should also try writing your signature from scratch.
