Gold 1 was my favorite league as a TH 9 and its still for many of my clan mates.
After I become a TH 10, I moved to Crystal 2.

Masters 3 is crazy good for me atm. I dropped from m2 as there were too many drills and offset de storages to be just left untouched like that.

Try gold 2,1 there's always a decent amount of loot in there.
Silver 1 is working for me, it takes a little extra to find one good raid but the up side is that you actually can find a 400k each raid

It always varies. I found gold 2 to suck this weekend, but usually it's quite good. Loot can change from good to bad in a matter of minutes.

Don't have a 9 anymore but had both of my 10s in silver at the beginning of the weekend but loot was really bad. Using my new ten to scout found really good loot around gold 1 but kinda goes away as you get into c3....but lots of ghost town 9s in gold 1.

For D/E masters was fantastic but its hard to protect it. Many healer/AQ people farming up there and many use war armies.
