Barracks should have a storage amount while raiding due to the cost they would have if troops are being trained. This alone makes it more threatening to clashers if they are away or "sleeping on their account". A level 9 barrack can train 60 troops at once, imagine if there were 12 level 3 balloons getting trained that's 36000 worth of elixir. Now times that by 4... Just something supercell should consider.
