What's the best way to play gain new members in a new clan? I've posted here in the looking for clan members section. I didn't know if that was another website or area to post that would have more eyes or success...

The best way to get members is to just be patient and keep recruiting. Also there's no really best place to recruit. In my opinion you might get higher quality people from the forums but you probaly won't get as many people to join from the forums as you would in game. Also by higher quality I mean more mature and more loyal members. Also don't just spam or put "join here!" "Join plz" plz join" in global. If you do recruit from global try to put a short desription of your clan in the chat or something. For example you can try something like this: 24/7 war clan here, recruiting active members that like to war, no hopping". Also feel free to throw in emojis to make it stand out a bit. But I don't recommend putting that in chat anymore then twice because it will probaly annoy people and get you reported. If your not doing this already you might want to switch globals often. If you make a recruitment thread here on the forums you might want to make like a banner or picture type of thing instead of just a wall of text. Well good luck with your clan and remember to be patient with recruiting.

I set up a clan 4 days ago. Had 46 members join by setting 0 trophies and anyone can join. I donated max troops. Now I have 30 as I have weeded out the idiots. Try to open up to as many as possible then cherry pick who you want to keep.

1. Never make a clan while ur low lvl I would wait till lvl90+
2. It's always best to have a trusted friend come help u
3.NEVER give away free co (if u give away free elder give it to the first 10 or so to help invite players)
4. Never spam invite someone (which has kinda been fixed) they will just ignore u
5. I always say hey check us out (username) our clan is (ex: a serious war clan) for lvl(the lvl) and +
6. After that leave it alone

Also before you become a leader make sure ur really active, have leadership, and can be prepared to lead ur clan through a disaster (it will happen sooner or later).

Always make sure a person is really active and donates before promoting (and always some1 u completely trust).

This should help ur clan get started.

They can also copy your bases as well as do harm against bases with Lava Hounds. If you know there is a Lava Hound in a Clan Castle, it is a big advantage.

Well in some cases you should kind of know your own bases weaknesses. In my opinion the only big advantage spying gives is for people who use hogs.

They only "advertise" a clan under "join clan" if it has 32-46 people. They don't do that with clans with less. Same thing happens to us.

My clan has tested it under 36.
