This would be incredibly OP. Imagine a TH5 w/ max freeze...that shouldn't happen.

It would've be nice if I could use a freeze spell on classmates to shut them up and a lightning to destroy the teacher and a jump to jump out of the window and a heal to heal myself after the jump and a rage to run away as fast as I can with a haste as well
Low levels wouldn't know what hit them. One jump spell could completely cover a th3 base. So probably not gonna happen.

I don't think the op comes from the fact that the lower levels would be able to get jump and freeze. Freeze is only really useful on infernos. I never use it unless it will be used for that purpose. Even using it just to dump on a xbow is kinda a waste. And the jump spell wouldn't really make that much of a difference.
I think the op aspect of this idea is that everyone would get an extra spell. Th7s with four is too much. Th6s with 3 spells is too many.
Spell donating has been introduced before.
