We have a core group of 32 or so and pick up randoms each war. So far we have been 12 for 12 on 45 man wars. Though we might loose I current one to be honest. They have 3 x th9s and we have 1 x th9

We have my th9 and 18 or so th8s with 5 x mini war bases

Leaders fill all war cc and we do not do any of this mirror nonsense in wars. You choose your best option to 3 star.

Rushed bases are fine as we have enough th8s to cover extra bases if needed.

Mainly adults in the clan whom work all day. Not a lot of chatter during the day, but wars are always played to win.
