Unfortunately your war troops are not leveled up thus its near impossible to 3-star this player.
Tip: either max dragons or golem and hogs for war purposes.

I'd be surprised if you can 3 star any TH8 with your troops

On topic- you can't

Opt off wars, get Golems and pekkas (lv1 is enough), hogs lv4 and perhaps drags lv3. Opt back in.

Definitely

Hogs to 3 at least, at 4 you can basically 3 star every TH8 if u learn how
Golem n Pekka u can keep it at 1 for GoWiPe (with Wizards 5), just get a max Pekka from your clan
Level up dragons if you want to use them too. Long time since I last used them. They can be pretty unpredictable / frustrating

Save your attacks for clean up. Help clean up the lower bases. Every base needs to be 3 star'd. 2 stars won't do. 👍
