stupid question from GM

1. When i have problems on my villa account and report to GM (game master). GM will be asked for verifying ownership of the account.
there are some stupid the question of GM include:

GM asked about what month you make your villa?
I consider this a stupid question, often players do not remember because they think it is not important to remember that. about that was not notified at the time of account creation, that should be remembered in the account creation.

2. when I reported my email was h4ck3d and everything has changed, password, email recovery. so i can`t login my email.

GM inquired about purchasing data gems your id?
I also consider this a stupid question and far-fetched there. how can I show the purchase of gems, while I just could not get into the email.

that is my experience just a few days before, because my divice stolen. so I can not take back my ID. I assume GM deliberately complicates me.

So GOODBYE COC.

It is very disappointing to me. as GM is not wise to help me as a player.

These "stupid" questions are for your own safety. A random player cannot know the answers tho these questions thus your account cannot be taken from a stranger.

There are ways on finding out when you 1st started and when you bought GEMS

Added you can also recover lost/altered emails through gmails password recovery
Also this mainly applies to Android

because many games you download, for the first time you play you never knows, this game you play you will continue or not. for note i play coc for 2 years almost three years. how can remember for a long time.


for my case.... come accurated data before h4ck like (total xp, total lv, total gems and more). i know my email register on my village, divice i use to play that village (all divice), year when i created. i think thats enough to prove that village is mine.
but about the mouth question is silly....why not about day n time too

That`s different case.... i know all about that village. if i can open my email all data GM ask i will answer. accept date (mount, hour, minute).

Ok first of all i do remember from where i bought my first pizza
You can go to your GC/G+ account, go to clash of clans and check your achievements, check when the bigger coffers was achieved and thats the closest you can get to knowing when you started the game.

First pizza was bought at the age of 4. It was a cheese pizza with tomatoes. I liked tomatoes back then.
It was from a pizza place with the initials as "D-b-D", near the house we lived in.

My village is also lost but the stupid questions are not so hard.tell them aprox dates and moth they will give you code it take some time i recovered my account in 1 month so if these stupid question not asked so anyone can claim anyone's account.

It's still beyond me how/why somebody would h4ck your email and specifically your village. Here are a few options:
1) You share accounts
2) You used fake 3rd party apps to get "free gems" and they asked you your email details
3) You tried to sell the account and now you want it back
