I usually say "I'M DONE" on clan chat then demote myself and make someone leader.

In a war attack I generally grovel to the clan if it was vital.... And then look for advice. There's no such thing as a really bad attack - only if you dont learn from it and develop your attack style etc.
oh yeah - and complain why my queen* does something random. Rare, but it does happen.
Queen* or any bizarre and unexpected troop action.
