They sent me the ticket number after verifying rightful ownership. Then a couple of days supercells sent me a recovery code. When I login my only email that I gave to them, it loaded a wrong village, th 1 Cijkocas' village. I am now th 7, username ♐KINGSIRX♐. I miss my th7 account. I spend time and work hard to reach that certain level. I don't want to lost it. My members are always asking where is now our leader. I'm always contacting supercells about that matter. But, I want immediate response. Please help what to do supercells.

What was your case from the beginning, h@cked village or lost village?

I am assuming that you gave them an email and told them to link your village to this email.
This doesn't happen.

If you were h@cked, they lock the village and give you the unlock code and then ask you to connect your village to a new Google account.

If your village was lost, they give you the recovery code.
To load your village:
Open clash > Open the game settings (cog wheel) > Link a device > the 2nd option > enter the recovery code
And congrats.
