New resource and water bases

I was thinking that supercell could make a resource called a "aquatic matter" (the texture would be a blue slime blob) that you would be able to collect from the shore line of you're base. This would only start to be implemented in the th12 or 13 updates. To be able to place the aquatic mater extractors you would have to clear some of the rock on the beach.

Aquatic matter and water bases would be a way to finally involve tha water front hiding on the edge of your base. You would probably have to make sail ships ( to be able to you would probably need to make a dock) and get new water troops such as mermaids or nymphs. It would implement a way for you to start from scratch on a new base where there would be new town halls and such.

Let me know what you think, and comment below on anyways you think it could be improved, I haven't had a lot of time to think about it's it's just a rough idea but I hope you like this and maybe it could be implemented in the future.

This would be hard to implement. I can't imagine coc with water but that would be fun if implemented correctly

SC has already said nothing will be done with the water. Not to mention your resourses get harder to guard if they MUST be near the shore.

Implementing this would put a whole lot o strain on the developers, and it might take years to tweak.
