Hello Fellow Clashers!
This idea has been sitting in the back of my head for a bit now. I believe it would make the "Revenge" button more enjoyable for some to use as opposed to searching for their next attack through the search feature.
The idea behind this is the definition itself
"the action of inflicting hurt or harm on someone FOR an injury OR wrong suffered at their hands."
It's brutal, and often unexpected. That being said, I'd propose that all revenge be allowed to happen regardless of the User being online following these guidelines:
1.) Revenge carried out while user is online will still result in loss of Attackers Shield.
The online user would recieve a message 30 seconds before the attack across their screen; something to the effect of:
"The enemy has followed you back to your village" or "A thundering roar approaches"
2.) Winning a revenge attack (50% +) will only result in 30- 50% of potential loot at the expense of trophies. This will deter rapid loot loss.
3.) Losing a revenge attack (-50%) will result in a temporary 4- 8 hour shield for the attacker to recover at the cost of additional trophies lost for a failed revenge attack. (No more than 1-10 trophies may be achieved or lost during revenge)
4.) Users with an Active Shield as still exempt from Revenge Attacks.
5.) Users may only perform one Revenge attack as it is so currently.
So far, this is what I have. What do you all think? Thoughts about improvements?
