War Glitch! Used an attack in war after the raid it shows my attack was unused.

AFAIK it's a known issue, would be fixed soon (god knows how soon)

+1 known bug.
happened for one of my clanmates last war and 2 other people watch that live. but then it didnt show up in results.
Another common bug is CC bug. Many times (I can remember at least 20 times) i received troops more than my 30 spaces. for example somebody donate me 2 pekka. when i dropped the first pekka and back from raid I had the second pekka in my cc.

these 2 bugs are so common that dont need to report IMO.
