A: The one with the most players and dead bases, unless you are sniping and living from the loot bonus (wich as for today is really slow cuz up in the leagues where the bonus is actually worth it theres less and less snipes and more and more active players doing the same.

A: He or she spend more time playing the right way than you. If you raid 1 raid of 200k loot and get attacked for 350k you better quit clash of clans, you need to stay on to get atleast 3 to 5 raids of 200k so in the case you get stomp for 350k you are still making a profit
