Just Received this Message from Supercell in Regards to Hero's being used in Clan War

I sure hope he means on offense but is it possible we are assuming too much and that support is referring to the current ability to deply an upgrading hero on defense during war?

You can only use the word deploy when attacking, defense-wise deploy sounds wrong.

Also the fact that the "Supercell Employee" referred to him/her-self as "I" not "we" kind of raises some suspicion. Reread it again, but this time replacing "I" with "we". Does it sound more legit now? I say that this is a fake.

Also, at the very bottom, replace "that" with "this".

Checked a few messages from support, they do indeed say "I" sometimes. With that said, I agree with you, message looks fake.

I don't disagree but if we got a support person here that doesn't play and doesn't quite understand that aspect or there is a language barrier, it could be lost in translation. He could mean deploy as place on war base. I know thats not the proper use of the word but it wouldnt he the first time typos have come from support. Again I hope he means on offense.
