I have a page for my clan on the forum and every time a members leaves or join, clan points increases or decreases etc.. i need to edit/update the post.

So i have a suggest why don't you make a updating photo so when clan points increase it will automatically update or when a member leaves or when the badge changes or when the level increases or when the clan type changes something just like this:

This probably isn't gonn happen. This would take live feed, and I don't think SC can handle that.

The problem with that is that it would require direct access to the game servers from the forums, and while there are some external websites that manage this, I don't think they are supposed to, and I don't think SC would be happy about the forums accessing the game servers, even though they are in control of the forums as well.

This is like impossible. Plus, you are the creator of the can page, it is your job to take care of it. If you keep having to change the clan points maybe do a "once a week update" for your thread or maybe not include the total points at all?
