TH10 Max def, Max Hero, Max Wall but how?

How did the top players achieve the TH10 max defenses, walls, heroes but not max GOLD Grab, elixer escapade and heroic heist? Some of them just have 500m on both loot, some are 200m, how the hell did they do that? Even war loot is not max. How the hell? Dont tell me its all coming from their collectors lol.

As far as top players are concerned, this is mostly gems... very easy to find out when you look on the day of the upgrade and realize they already have the 25 new walls at lvl 11 ;-)

Wow thats a lot of gems, cant imagine how much dollars they spent just to max out TH10.
So bonus loot is not recorded to the gold grab etc. hmmm never knew that. Tnx for the info.

These top players fall into the following category:

1. Working adults who hold a high corporate post.
2. Middle eastern folks who pass their day by taking a swim in dollar bills, gold coins, gems etc.
3. Kids that secretly steal their siblings $ to get the gems
4. They're there for show. The accounts are pre-made in the SC server to entice people into maxing out TH10

My opinion:
1) They started CoC must earlier, before the GG, EE and HH stats are introduced in updates later in the game.
2) Gems
3) Win loot bonus, if you stay high in Titan/Champs. => This is my main account.
4) Elixir for walls level 8 and above.
5) From own maxed mines/collectors/drills => This is my mini account.
6) War - very unlikely, still too slow.
