Check us out at Jedi Risen. We just won our 89th war, we are clan level 7, and we have a great group of players that enjoy war, farming, and maxing our villages. We use Line app and clash.tools to stay organized, opting out of war is always ok, and we win a lot more than we lose (84% win rate).
