Clash of Clans is not as desired to watch and stream on Twitch

I have noticed the steady decline in the amount of viewers and the amount of streamers for Clash of Clans on Twitch. This morning there was 4 streamers total playing Clash of Clans when there are normally about 20 streamers. Is Clash of Clans starting to become stale and boring to alot of people?

There are still streamers. I watch them sometimes. Maybe it was very early in the morning?

No the game isn't becoming boring. This has been the top grossing app for the past 2 years and might continue on this way(flappy bird doesn't count).

Youtubers are also moving to other games as their clash views are on the decline, there may be some truth to the whole decline of players thing, never thought about it before, normally loot on the weekend sucks for me. For the past month or so i've been finding tons of dead bases all day, everyday.

I can see the whole twitch thing working for clan wars or whatever, but watching someone clash would get pretty boring. At high cups it's all clouds and at low levels it's steamrolling noobs which you could just do yourself.

Watching the first well built th10 get wreck by a awesome raid, priceless. Watching every good th10 get wreck every 2 days, boring. There's no longer any sparkles. We all know we are watching a DVR and someone hit the play button ...

A lot of you tubers are moving to kamcord as well. I do wish the better raiding youtubers(onehive YouTube channel for example) got more attention on YouTube as it can be a lot more interesting watching these bases get 3starred by different strategies and learning how to raid at the same time. Don't get me wrong, youtubers like Pat,Galadon and Godson are great at what they do. They just aren't the greatest raiders when it comes to those 3star strats.

I think as many people play as ever have, but I think people are taking the game less serious these days and spending a lot less time online. This is at least what I am seeing in game right now.

There are two major things I think are contributing to this, these issues are of course related to war. Both things have been an issue in the past, but not as big as they are now. I won't say what they are because there are so many complaints about the two things already and I don't want to turn this thread into something else, but from watching youtube videos I am also seeing complaints about both things on there much more than ever before. My clan is also suffering because of this too, but we rarely got effected by it before the last couple of updates.

Supercell need to fix big issues with war before more and more people lose interest. Or at least lose interest in the game as anything other than an app game they log onto a couple of times a day.

Regarding one of the issues. I watch one hive videos a lot, I think they are a great clan and the clan everyone in certain communitys look up to, but when I watch Jake's recent videos I can just tell that he is getting fed up with working his balls off and getting screwed over by how the game currently is. He has not said this, but you can just tell when listening to him, he just sounds defeated in what he is trying to achieve, and he seems about ready to give up fighting for what he stands for. I think he is coming to the end of his tether.

The other problem is the current lets say "lack of control" people have in who they get matched with. It is worse than it ever has been right now. Not sure what Supercell did here, but it is killing a lot of clans love for war.

So no I do not think less people are downloading the app. I just think people are playing much less and taking the game much less seriously in it's current state.
