New Clan With 3 top war Players looking to form a hard core war clan. Now recruting

Hey guys. We are looking for Advanced 3 star specialist to join our group. We looking for members that knows how to use advanced strategy like goho, govalo, Holo etc. We are mainly from Us, but have members from Canada & UK. Prefer only from any of those country.
I'm trying here cause In global i get people that leave during war or sucks.

Experience Players
Including me i have 2 more guys that are very experienced In wars but been playing Clash for a long time. My self IGN In game name is Disciple about to go Th9 in 12 hours. Maxed Th8 i 3 star any th8 with Goho, holo or Govalklo. I got Luca Th10 and Mr.Big Th9. Beside us i got 2 more solid players Lulu and mr.K


What we want as a clan
First we want to create good friendship with the members, Like a second family to get away from our own family
Important since we are war oriented players when it comes to war we are serious, We want players that strive for 3 stars not there for 1 or just to be apart of something. Myself I come from a high level war clan with 200 wins and i know what we need to get there. We want players to study bases and know how to attack with the specific troops.



Requirements
Must be TH7/TH8/TH9.
Have an even offensive to defensive base ratio.
Know how to recognize a base and the correct attack needed.
Take criticism from older clan mates and not get upset. (We tell it how it is)
Must not have a rushed base.
Must not be an idiot in chat.
