If you cannot stay online all day, how do possibly move up from Champs 1 to Titan. Every Trophy offering is 2-3 for a win and 37-38 for a loss. I have been in Champ 1 for two weeks and I cannot make any progress. Do I just defend and not farm or attack? any constructive help would be appreciated.
You dont need to be always online but you better do 2 long sessions a day if you want to reach titan league.
Anyway put your th outside, most of the times you gonna be sniped for 1-2 cups.
I'm pushing at the mo and just hit Titan yesterday. Took me about 5 or 6 days to go all through champ1. I play for 2 hours with boosted dark barracks/spells and heroes every night. As the previous poster mentioned my TH has always been outside and completely unprotected and other than that my best advice is just to next a lot until you get offered something worth over 12 cups for the 3 star.

Sadly this is the truth you need to accept if you wana go trophy pushing. You need to stay online for 6 hours straight and if u wana see progress youll need to do at least 2 sessions.
For example u start a session at 12pm. Youre gonna get kicked off at 6pm so inbetween this period you will need to make as much cup as possible because in every defence, you will need to expect a loss.
As for cups, every pushers knows this thing called "Whales". Meaning in a 6 hour session or "golden hour", you are likely to come across a few 20 - 30 cup offer (sometimes 40+) from some kid who has 100 trophy more then you and either got kicked or end his session on a defence. See this is the exciting part. When you stay in the clouds all day hoping for a whale then when you finally found one, the feeling is good especially if u 2 star the base and win a huge amount of cups. Its basically the same feeling like fishing. You go to the river, set your baits and wait patiently. When you see it move, you need to battle the fish to catch it.
Another thing is all trophy pushers spend on gems. Either for boost or straight gemming up everything because pushers cant afford to wait. For casual pushers they would boost barrack and when al the troops are done they just gem the spells and heros.
You will also need a good Push clan who can donate max troops straight away everytime u request for it. This is very important. Being in a very big clan with many sub family clan is also important because most pushers before they go on defence, they will tell their mates to search .. they will leave the clan and then create another clan with the same name. Once they go on defence and if they are lucky enough. their clan mates or family clan will come upon their base and give them cheap shield. If the offer are high (minimum loss), they will give 40% and loose. If loosing means -30+ cup, they will just do 1 star and end the game.
Many pushers also depend on certain software or "m o d s" to keep them active all the way so they dont need to touch their screen every few minutes. Some m o d s also have auto search function and allow the user to see traps in real live raids.
So in a 6 hours session lets say you come across 4 whales and you earn around 80 cups, then you go on defence at the 6th hour and loose 15 cups ... that gives you 65 cup as profit.
As you progress higher the clouds will get worst and you are more unlikely to get whales unless you are very lucky especially in Titan 1 4700 cup onwards.

If you can't stay online all day, titans is not for you. Take it as a blessing in disguise as if you get to titans, you will want to stay on even longer each day. Clash should not be that much a part of your life
Agree with you. If you re gonna be in Titans, theres no way you will not spend on gems.
As for myself personally being in one of the top clan in the world with every single players pushing cups, mosts of them are working adults and some are semi retired. They can afford to spend as much as they want on gems and have all the time to clash.
Titan league is only gonna take away your social life and give you more responsibility ontop of your daily commitments. Its not easy
