Global ban is not really a ban. It's basically a 24 hour mute button.
It does take 7 people within a 24 hour period to report you. 3 individuals cannot get someone Global Muted. If you were Global Muted, then you were also reported in a previous encounter with others. If you visit Global frequently throughout the day, encountering one reporter per session, I can understand how this can happen frequently. I haven't been on global for a while and when I do, I don't spend long there.
I've been global muted before, when I first started playing but it's been a long while since that happened.
If you received a 2 day suspension, that's something entirely different.
I got 2 days. I can't log on to the game so what does that mean?
That's not a global ban.
That's a regular ban. What is the message on the ban screen? It will tell you why you were banned.
Also, Support is not fast enough to receive reports from people in your global last night and being banned today. It could be something you said or did several days to several weeks ago.

If you cannot log onto the game- there should be a message popping up telling you exactly what the problem is.

Well if it takes up to weeks sometimes I probably have said something in that time.
To get a 2 day ban, someone had to send a screenshot of something you said in global/clan chat.
Have you done/said anything that may sound offensive or innappropriate the past few days anywhere? Or do you have an offensive base (or had one)
