Derby 'ch♥♥ting' or something I don't know?

They probably have an endless supply of diamonds to continually trash everything they don't want so assume they are predominantly doing mine tasks along with townies who are ready and waiting with their gifts. If this isn't the case then I sure would like to know their secret

We encountered the same a few weeks ago. Our opponents registered 15k+ in 320 tasks in under the first 12 hours of the Derby. Clearly using massive amounts of diamonds to regenerate the board and complete tasks. Obviously ridiculous Derby tactics from a team with more money than sense, or possibly using a diamond ♥♥♥♥????

fReported it to SC and asked them to at least have a look - at least then they wouldn't win by ♥♥♥♥♥ing. SC were not remotely interested and did nothing to even look at it.

We had the same thing happen in our NH complained about it and nothing was don it is impossible to go that fast it has to be robots they sit there 24 hrs aday and just keep playing. Forums said they could do nothing ,nice help eh maybe it was one of them not sure about this game anymore,we aren't even getting 320 tasks all we get is ones under 100 points and the odd 320 can't get any where like this.

Have you ever gone and taken a look at the event leader board after the event is over? The boat one from last week? Top contributor did 9500 boats in five days. Explain that one! Or the next guy with 9000 boat orders. No way they did not use a million diamonds and no way they purchased that many diamonds. You would think SC would monitor and ban them.

Let's all be clear that this is nothing to do with ♥♥♥♥♥ing, and it's not a reporting matter. It's a matter of a hopelessly broken system that needs to change, and we need to keep SC's attention on that.

Our group all love Hay Day & the Derby. What we do NOT LIKE is the mathematical near impossibility of WINNING the Derby (without unautorised method) because of the unequal way in which the Derby boards are being generated for each team.

If a team we are competing against 'randomly' gets a board with higher scores, then there is NO CHANCE of our neighbourhood winning against them!

This week, not 24 hours into the Derby, 1 team had over 14,000 in points, we had continually trashed and had INSUFFICIENT TASKS of 300+ in that time to go round!!! HOW IS THIS FAIR???

To make the Derby teams EQUAL in footing, ALL competing neighbourhoods IN EACH RACE need to have IDENTICAL boards generated.

What each team in the race choose to do with their board is up to them, but everyone's tasks should be MATHEMATICALLY EQUAL, or you have 'randomly' doomed some to failure & 'randomly' given some a distinct advantage.

This is not 'sour grapes' - we are a formidable team, but we play fair - I kick anyone using unautorised method out of this group faster than they can say "Hay Day"!

And another thing which is ridiculous... You can't write the word "unautorised method" or you are censored, but if you ACTUALLY use unautorised method Supercell TURN A BLIND EYE!

Oh, yeah, sure, the above all makes real sense, doesn't it????

One more thing - wouldn't it be a good idea to put the League level (possibly above the cups) in the Neighbourhood House? Anyone looking for a new Hood would instantly know how good the group were in the Derby!

Don't anyone count on SC doing anything about this Derby issue. They are thrilled that the
rich ones are spending loads of money on diamonds and their revenues are more important than a fair game.
I, personally am spending more time on a different farm game that is way more fair, fun, and not boring. So tired of the same old prizes after spending so much time and effort on getting through tasks. Hay Day has just gotten boring and expensive. I have given up the thought of ever placing in the top 3 in a Derby ever again, and am awaiting being kicked down a level when this present Derby is over. What should have been a fun addition to the game has just become no fun at all.

In my opinion, if they are purchasing diamonds by legal methods, then this not against the rule directly. If however they are getting diamonds without purchasing from SC (and I do know this can happen) then that is an entirely different scenario which SC should look into. Remember the bot farms? SC eventually clamped down on but didn't manage to eliminate entirely although some genuine farms were caught up in. Maybe they will eventually look into this.

Thanks Catwalk. Personally I think S/cell should be taking a serious look at the inequality of their 'randomly' generated systems!

There are also several glitches to be sorted out:
Mining tasks (duration of Derby) being marked 'Timed Out' by jinxed computer software.
Fully Served Town Visitors not being counted by computer (maybe because it can't count quickly enough?)
Help tasks not counting properly (e.g. 4 left, 4 done [confirmed done by other farm] but again not counted)
Harvesting tasks not counting properly (e.g. 104 planted, only 100 counted when harvested!)
Other tasks, which show as 'completed' & you 'add' points to Derby total - only to find later that the task was mysteriously 'trashed' by glitched computer software!

The horseshoe rewards also need sorting out - is it fair that 1 member of group gets 2 lovely new horse jumps & another gets nothing more exciting than duct tape/axes etc?

The rewards should be identical to everyone in that group!!!!
