So im gone, and a bunch of people attack me. I lose ALOT of trophies. I go back, I says I didnt lose any battles.... Is that because I was gone?

The shield you got from losing defences auto breaks by 16 hours max, leading to more defences losses/wins

As far as I know, if you didn't play the game for long enough, and then return, you wont have your data because
- Supercell does not want to waste server space with inactive accounts.
- Therefore they wipe the data
Your data will be recorded again once you start playing again
