Why doesn't losing in CWs not give you no xp?

Hey, iv'e noticed that too many clans reach 7/8 way faster because of nonstop 45-50 wars but they lose way more instead of clans that wins 90% of the time that are still level 6. Why does losing in CWs give you xp? Winning should actually be rewarding in CWs. A clan that loses 90% of the time could easily get to level 7/8 faster with nonstop wars then a clan who wins 90% of the time who doesnt war nonstop.

Would like to hear views on this.

This is done to encourage more clans to war. If losing gives you no xp coupled with the severely diminished war loot, non hardcore war clans might not have any motivation to continually war.

I think it's just stupid to jump straight to things like bans just because of you guys

In real life, even when you lose you gain experience, so i think in CW is right like it is

The way clan XP is rewarded, it would seem that the system is set up to reward participation first and foremost and then to acknowledge the winner with a bit extra, this encourages inclusion and trying to war with more people.

If SC rewarded winners only, this will encourage a more competitive environment which would see more casual players sidelined from clan wars, or even turn people off from clan wars altogether, which would result in exclusion.

Once you create a system which alienates/excludes players/clans you will most likely see a decline in participation rate and therefore theoretically a decline in revenue.

Also factor in the competitive scene encourages unscrupulous tactics which is not everyone's cup of tea, and I don't think people need extra incentives to engage in these sorts of tactics.

A lot of clan losses are due to a couple of members letting their side down. It would be harsh to punish the entire clan. Also, close wars should reward the losing side as they did put in a solid effort.
