I've been debating with myself on whether I should or not reply to your thread because I could be wrong and I would sound like a complete raving loon ranting about a subject that doesn't make any sense. Please don't burn me lol I'm only going by assumptions not facts.
Anyways as per your thread, you assume you have a bug on your phone/tablet as your queen is not going where you stipulate it to go, and you have done your funnelling right coz it's only you queen that's going in the wrong direction every other troop is going the right way but her. Ok I'm not some tech nerd or app specialist, but my thought is this...
Google apps and and apple store apps, right.... Specific apps work better on certain types of devices then others and almost every app comes with a bug or malfunction on certain types of devices. Like for example I have a sony xperia I can't use certain types of file manager apps as there is a continuous bug where I don't have full access to certain types of my files but my old device which was LG worked perfectly with the exact same app. But when I contacted support they said they are working on getting it up and running on my device as it's a continuous complaint on these certain devices.
What I'm trying to get at is you could be righ,t there could be a bug on your device that makes certain functions of the app not work the way its meant to as compared to say my device. The only way to know for certain is to contact tech support.
