I think it only means more and more people are wanting it. Cup inflation is kind of impossible since supercell is dropping the inflated cups every end of the season. All our cups above 5000 are being dumped. I guess it always be hard for 4600+ to hit legend. Or I may be wrong. Who knows. I'm just glad I did it on it's hardest state.
