We are the feeder to "Team Canada4070" (tag# P2UYPYPJ ) which is for Town Hall 8+.
We are Canadian based but welcome players from around the world. We love to help each other learn the game, learn to attack better, improve our bases and plan upgrades. We are now Clan Perks level 6.
We are serious about war but the clan is also a place to try new things, even if that means failing as part of the learning process. We enjoy guiding new players in farming techniques to speed base and troop development.
We understand that there are real life responsibilities as well. We don't mind if players opt out of war some of the time but we expect those who are opted in to put in both attacks with their best efforts. We are a family friendly clan (no profanity, obscenity or abusive chat).
At this point our focus is on fighting wars and developing our villages so we don't care about leagues or trophies.
We are looking for active, mature players of all ages. There is no minimum requirement for trophies, TH or troops.
We want players who are interested in strengthening their war bases, growing their war power and developing and diversifying their attack skills. Our goal is to gain skills and knowledge in sound attacking strategies and defensive layouts. We encourage members to learn a variety of attacks (giant/healer/wizards, mass dragons, mass hogs, GoWiPe, etc.) so we can target a war base with the attack strategy that is most advantageous.

What we expect:
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Two full, best effort attacks each war you are opted into.
No selfish sniping for war loot.
Active in chat. You don't have to talk a lot but we'd like to see that you are there on a regular basis.
Donate at least 1 troop for every 3 received.
Donate only the troop type requested.
For war requests donate only the troop level requested (or higher). For non-war requests any level is acceptable even if a level is specified. This is to allow all players a chance to donate, since war requests typically get filled by top players.
A willingness to learn new kinds of attacks and improve the kind of attacks you already do.
A willingness to improve your war base. The defensive efficiency of your war base affects everyone's war loot.
A willingness to help other members improve their war bases and villages, attack strategies and game progress.
Other rules:
Chat should be mostly in English so everyone can follow the discussion.
Sometimes it is helpful for members to speak in their first languages to help explain things to those for whom English is a second language. That is perfectly fine. Sometimes there are dashes of other languages for flavour and that is good too so long as those who only speak English can follow most of what is going on.
Elder is given upon 200 donations per season.
Co-leader is not given out automatically or just because you ask. Co-leader will be given at the discretion of the leader and upon consultation with existing co-leaders. Generally if you take care of the clan like the leaders do then you will be considered for a Co-leader position when one opens up.
We use Kik messenger to coordinate war attacks and for offline clan discussion.
Opting in doesn't guarantee war participation as we have to choose an even multiple of 5 to start a war. Typically we drop the lowest level players. We will also exclude players whose bases aren't ready for war, who failed to attack in previous wars or who appear to be inactive.
In clan wars members are expected to attack with full army camps, with all available spells and heroes and with a full clan castle. Members are expected to attack a target that gives them realistic chance of two or more stars and attack with a suitable troop mix for that target. Attacking just to get one star for war loot is forbidden unless authorized by the leaders towards the end of the war when the outcome is unlikely to be affected. Lower level players are expected to finish their second attack before 6 hours left in the war so higher level players can cook suitable armies for the bases that remain.
After donation stats are reset at the beginning of a new season we allow long time members to be below ratio for a time to get the donations started.
War base donations do not count toward donation ratio or Friends in Need achievement so there is no reason to put unwanted troops in there. Please coordinate war base donations with leaders. We want to fill bases with the highest level troops we can.
