    Wallbreakers ???

At an all time worst, so unpredictable its as if every time they do maintenance or an update doofus dust is sprinkled upon attack logic.

The game is far less frustrating when you only use wallbreakers for the outer edge of walls and use jump or earthquake spells for inner walls.

Wall breakers are only supposed to open the first layer if it is not a ring design. For the other walls you have to carry a jump/quake or beat through on a farming attack.

One Hive had a few cool ideas for the WB's AI: https://youtu.be/HhxbcNf2pso?t=2m18s
Clash Update Wish List: 1. New single player maps (or update the Goblin village loot every season) / 2. Leaders select words to censor in Clan Chat Filter for their clans. / 3. Revenge List Maintenance allowing player to delete attacks &/or make notes / 4. Chat with Rival War Clan in a War Chat (Make a 2nd tab where Global was) / 5. Ban/Block Option to keep certain users from requesting to join your clan

I've played some clash clones that the "wall breaker" act how he described at it works terribly.

To the OP, this is about the 6th or 7th wb AI thread on the forums in the last month. Here's what i'll tell you, after the first thread I experimented with hundreds of wb. At first I didn't get the AI as i had trouble predicting where they went and thought the same as the folks above. Then i spent time really researching wb AI (there is a great video on clash wiki). After hundreds of wb dropped and watching replays and seeing how they were acting I determined that they work perfectly and i just didn't know how they worked. Do they glitch the odd time? Sure, I'm sure they do. But after dropping hundred of them and every one went predictably where they should have i can only assume you just don't understand how the AI works.

So basically the users of a game that they play, gonna say they probabally play often, cannot figure out how a troop with the simple purpose of breaking walls work? That sounds like a failure of SC imo, they have been subtlety changing and tweaking the WB AI that it's own players do not even get how they are supposed to path, and find them to be frustrating in how inconsistent they seem to be.

The wallbreakers, in my experience, are extremely consistent. Not knowing how they work doesn't make the AI wrong.

I would agree that having a troop AI that most users find hard to understand may not be the best. It is funny that you need to spend time on another website (clash wiki for example) to really grasp how they work. It's not needed for any other troop.

However all that said, it's not glitchy AI, it's users not knowing how the AI works.

Are you going to give an example of the problems that you're having with wallbreakers so that we can help you (or identify a problem), or is this going to be another useless whining thread?

Working as intended move on. Actually I think they are more predictable now than ever before.
