Max TH9 Adult Player Wanting to Start New Clan - Please Consider

As the title says, I'm an adult max TH9 player that would like to start a new adult war clan. I know there is more appeal in just joining an already established lvl5+ clan, but I would like you to consider the satisfaction that comes with playing an integral part of building a successful clan from the ground up! I will gladly give the first few members co-leader, so long as they are non-rushed TH9+. If you are a non-rushed TH8+ I will make you elder. I would ideally like to bring in strong TH8+ bases.
I've created the clan, but right now it is just myself and one other member. The clan is Nuke Town (#LRJRVJJV) and has a black/yellow shield.
Please reply/PM me if you would be interested in joining and helping build up a consistent war winner! Tonight is date night with the wife, so I may not be on much, but will do my best to check periodically.

I've got a co worker joining this afternoon once his old clan finishes war. He is also a level 107 TH9 that is similar to my base in terms of defense/troop levels.
Had a TH10 join, but he got impatient and left (despite saying he was determined to help grow the clan and stick around)
Hoping to find people that will be patient during the initial recruiting process...once we get to 10, we can start racking up war wins and it will be easier to bring in people.
