We are looking for active player that think 2 stars is a failure. Mistakes will be made and not everyone can 3 star every attack. But we want players willing to learn, discuss, and grow with the clan. No matter how good anyone is, we ALL can learn and get better from each other.
We dont REQUIRE you to be active in chat. If you show up for war, 3 star and are out. Fine by us.
Our war strategy has shifted from a calculated war plan, to everyone being involved in decision making. Our rule is first come first served. BUT 1st attack is a MUST 3 star. If you need advice on who to attack, leadership will still oblige. But we teach people how to choose the right base, not just how to attack it. This results in quite an aggressive war start where 50% of the bases are usually 3 starred in the first hour of war.
A FEW RULES
- War base CC's are set by leadership. You can make request and help stratagize in regards to your specific layout. But final call is made by leadership, and you must change message to correct format
- ALL TH7s and lower MUST clear the CC before attacking (other than dragon attacks). No warning, this results in immediate kick
- minimum donation is LVL 4 troops (LVL 5 after bonus)
- there are no dibs in war unless SPECIFIED in clan mail by leadership
- 1st attack MUST be for 3 stars even if all bases are cleared already (we allow looting, but only with 2nd attack and only after all bases within your range are cleared
- you can opt out as often as you wish, if opted in and you miss an attack, insta-boot
- bring full camps, full CC, full spells (yes, even if you are cleaning up a lower base)
- OPT OUT of war if hero or spell factory is upgrading
lastly, we work on a sliding scale. a TH6 has a large margin of error and we will work with you and poor attacks. TH7s must have dragons mastered or be willing to learn. and TH8s will be on a VERY short leash. we can't risk war stars to help you get better at the game.
