We use Facebook (search: cocitsjustagame) and a chat app called LINE to communicate outside of game but it's not mandatory.
Requirement: You must be at least 35 year old.
(Of course you must have an account or five in CoC, Sense of humor, yada..yada..yada... you get the idea)
