I like this idea because it works with something that we already have instead of introducing something new. It increases the efficiency of the existent potential. Very nice idea!

I would add to this another efficiency increase which was already mentioned several times in the past: the gold for clicking 'next' should go to the villages that got skipped. Currently, gold vanishes into thin air each time we press next. This gold could be kept in the resource cycle if it was assigned to the skipped village. I don't dare to do any math here, but I assume that the aggregated gold that is currently lost each day by pressing next must be a hell of a lot. Furthermore, it might (at least in theory) encourage more players to leave their defense open while offline (less usage of shields) which in turn could provide a higher number of potential villages to raid. But that is more speculative and only a side effect that could further add to the availability of loot.

Clearly it'd be up to them, but the logical thing to do would be to just immediately complete the achievements based on whatever you currently have and distribute the rewards. If you've already got 5 maxed mines; it'd two star you, hand you 50 gems and give you 110 experience.

This idea could get implemented because of its simplicity! No game breaking changes or brand new concepts, its a simple patching in a new achievement to help pump more resources into the economy instead of welfare handouts like other ideas have suggested.

If this gets put into the game, the first two to three weeks is going to be living hell for farming as everyone is upgrading their collectors lol

    One error

I have found that this is a good idea but the first few resources were gotten by single player goblin killing...
    Th-7
walls- mostly gold, starting pink crystals
    defences- about 95% max
    clan- divine fire
    Cant wait for TH8
