I have almost all my troops maxed for th 9 but my base isn't even close to a high th 9. What should I do? I need gold not elixir. Should I get a 5th builder?
I have almost all my troops maxed for th 9 but my base isn't even close to a high th 9. What should I do? I need gold not elixir. Should I get a 5th builder?
Take that elixir and dump it into those maxed TH9 troops, go out and find some loot.

Keep a builder free and dump all elixir into walls
If your at th9 I wouldn't suggest adding another builder. I'm not saying you can't keep 5 builders working until max th10, because you can, but it's not to your benefit to do so. Level up your walls and heroes.
Let me guess, you didn't do skull walls at TH8 so now you can't use the excess elixir on them yet.
